Ashleigh grew up in Licking, Missouri and currently resides there. She has been active all of her life and enjoys just about any physical activity she can do. Ashleigh graduated with her Bachelors of Health Sciences in 2012. She obtained her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in June 2018. Then, in December of 2018 she completed the Massage Therapy Program at Metro. She currently offers both massage and training services at Vessell's Fitness Complex in Rolla.

 

Her fur babies consist of a cat named Rodi and a horse named Chism. She enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her family.

 

Ashleigh is passionate about being proactive in regards to health and wellness. She promotes a healthy lifestyle that is built on variety and moderation. As a part of Vessell's Massage & Wellness, she strives to provide effective and affordable therapeutic massage.
